Big Sean Elaborates on Anxiety and Depression

Big Sean discussed his anxiety and depression on Instagram live mentioning that he hasn’t felt the same in awhile and he had to back away from his music in order to seek help. Big Sean learns throughout his life he deserves clarity and wants to instill that into his live. He has inspired fans that it is ok to get mental help. He discusses how he does not talk to his mother as often as he should but he did it to fix his conscious. He felt a sudden change throughout his birthday and something felt quite eerie within his soul. He could not shake the uneasy feeling trying to figure out what seem to be the problem he discovered the problem. It mentioned how social media took a toll on him as an artist and he had to step away from the scene as an artist to make sure he was mentally fine. He has taken one step at a time by praying more and staying healthy in order to live a better live for himself. He fully realized that he is currently elevated at a higher level mentally and creating music in a safe environment again. Throughout his depression and anxiety he began practicing meditation at the age 17, but in order to find a peaceful state of mind. He began to expand his thoughts and do things he has never done before in order to empty his mind. He was like Big Sean was going into freedom and embarking a new journey on life. He learned how to nurture the relationships that were dear to him and fix them in order for them to become better. He begins to create music again talking about the depression and anxiety that he has dealt with after I Decided he showed a sneak peek of him and ASAP Rocky working on a new song together. He has found a great therapist to help him find his clarity into order for his mental health to be fine. He held onto those toxic relationship through previous relationships and dramas that went on in the past of his career. Big Sean fought those problems by himself rather than seek mental help and eventually went to get that help. He continuous shows clarity within his posts of social media to show that he is alive and well and ready to get back on stage again.
